Order Tracking
How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every piece from Maison Nori. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once complete.
What is the EU 14-day right of withdrawal?
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at maisonnori.shop@gmail.com within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
